Article XVII

Amendments
The by-laws may be amended or repealed by a majority vote of the Council members eligible to vote. Such actions may be taken at any regular or special meeting, or by a written consent agreement signed by all of the Council Leaders. If the by-laws are to be amended, the Secretary must produce written notice to each members not waiving his/her right to receive such notice at least thirty (30) days before the meeting. No provision may be added to these by-laws, nor may any provision currently in them be deleted or amended, in contravention of the Network 's articles of incorporation or the laws of Malaysia.
